Where can I find frequently used information?

PLPOA.COM is our association website where you can find most of the info you may be looking for.

In addition to the plpoa.com the DOCUMENTS folder in your owners portal holds many printable documents you may be looking for, such as: governing document, meeting agendas and minutes, financials, resolutions, permit applications, etc. 

PLPOARECCENTER.COM has all the information you will need in regards to the rec center: schedules, prices, classes, happenings, hours etc.

Permit Applications can be found on our website at plpoa.com or in the DOCUMENT folder on this site. 

Can I pay my assessments online?
Yes! Once you are logged in to your owner portal at portal.plpoa.com, select the “Make a Payment” button to be directed to the payment processing service.
